Nationwide delivery  takes 1- 3 working days. 

Major cities : 1-2 working days.

Cape Town and surrounding : 1 working day (orders are usually delivered the following working day)

Outlying areas:  2-3 working days (this is dependent on where you are situated)

All orders placed before 12h00  are dispatched the same day. All orders thereafter are dispatched the following day (mon-fri, excl public holidays)

All orders are delivered between 09h00 – 17h00 Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

We have multiple stores across Cape Town that you can visit.
Our online warehouse is based In Stellenbosch, from where all online orders are shipped out.
Customers are not able to visit our warehouse for collections.

We do not accept Cash on delivery.

If you are having trouble with the above, you are welcome to deposit cash at your nearest FNB cash deposit ATM or EFT to our account. Should you wish to follow this way of payment, please WhatsApp us on 073 311 1396 with the following:

1. Screen Shot of your order
2. Delivery Address
3. Contact number
4. You will then receive our bank details for the payment to be made.
5. Forward the Proof of payment to the 073 311 1396 and you will receive your confirmation via WhatsApp as well as Delivery details.

Discount codes will only be able to work on non-promotions/special offers.
In other words, no double discounting.

We have a flat rate of only R59, for all orders across South Africa.

Yes! We do. We pride ourselves by being able to deliver anywhere in SA with ease and a flat rate of only R59.

All customers will receive confirmation once their order has been collected by the couriers with a tracking number and link to the tracking website of the courier company.

It is possible for confirmation emails to go straight to your spam email.
We pick and pack all orders within 5 minutes after receiving the order and notify the courier company to collect.
You will receive an email  from our dispatch team once the order has been collected by the Courier.

 Thereafter you will be able to track your order using the link provided.

YES! Please send us an email to ampedsport@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/ faulty product, along with your order number, so that we can assist and sort the issue out for you.

Due to some ingredients within pre workouts, different temperatures can cause them to harden.
The product is generally still fine to use, and the ingredients aren’t affected. It will normally dissolve down as it should when you mix it with water.
All you need to do is break a piece off, or whiz it up in a blender to get it back to powder form.
However if it does not dissolve properly when you mix it, or you’re unable to break it apart to try it out. Please send us an email to ampedsport@gmail.com with a photo of the harden product, along with your order number, so that we can assist and sort the issue out for you.
